Come stay in our slopeside condo! Our 3-bedroom (2 bedrooms, plus a bunkroom), 2-bath condo is located right on the slopes of Winterplace Ski Resort. Owners, Eddie and Laurie Pate, have added many conveniences to make your stay more comfortable and enjoyable. Here's what you can expect to find in our condo:

• Located on the slopes
• First-floor unit, so no hiking up and down stairs
• Sleeps up to eight (See restriction below)
• Electric fireplace in living room
• Two bedrooms, plus a bunkroom
• Two bathrooms
• Three flat-screen TV's (living room and bedrooms)
• Two DVD players
• Three-inch Memory Foam toppers on all beds
• Clothes dryer
• Ceramic cook-top stove
• Deck overlooks the slopes
• Hair dryer in each bathroom
• Iron and board
• Check in is at 5pm
• Check out is at 11am
• Electronic lock (so no keys to lose!)
• Bed linens, pillows, and blankets
• Initial set-up of paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, dish liquid, and coffee filters are provided
• Fully-stocked kitchen (plus extras, such as, tin foil, plastic wrap, etc.)
• Occupant Restriction: No more than 5 adults. (This rule generally does not apply to families.)
